Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Services: JND Cleaning Services LLC (hereinafter, “the Company”) agrees to provide professional cleaning services for residential, commercial, and other properties, as agreed upon with the client. Services include [list of specific services]. The frequency of service will be determined in an individual contract with each client.

2. Clients: Cleaning services may be contracted by both individuals and businesses.

3. Payment:

  • Payment Method: Payment will be made via [indicate accepted payment methods, e.g., credit card, debit card, PayPal, check].
  • Amount: The total amount of the service will be as agreed upon in the contract and will be based on factors such as the size of the area to be cleaned, the frequency of service, additional services requested, and the rates in effect at the time the service is provided.

4. Cancellation of Service:

  • By the Client: The client may cancel the service with [number] days’ notice prior to the scheduled date without penalty. For recurring services, the client may cancel at any time with [number] days’ notice prior to the next scheduled date. In the event of cancellation with less than the established notice period, a cancellation fee equivalent to [percentage] of the service value will be applied.
  • By the Company: The Company reserves the right to cancel the service in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of non-compliance by the client with any of the clauses of this contract, the Company may terminate the contract without prior notice.

5. Liability:

  • The Company: The Company guarantees the quality of the services provided and will use safe and effective cleaning products. For post-remodeling or post-construction services: The Company agrees to remove construction debris, clean surfaces, polish floors, and perform a deep cleaning to leave the space ready for use. However, the Company is not liable for pre-existing damage to structures or finishes, nor for damage caused by external factors such as leaks, humidity, or natural wear and tear. For offices and commercial spaces: The Company will adapt cleaning services to the specific needs of each client, considering operating hours and high-traffic areas. The Company is not liable for the loss or damage of confidential documents or electronic equipment, unless negligence on the part of the Company can be proven. The Company will provide its employees with the necessary personal protective equipment to perform cleaning services, especially in the case of post-construction services.
  • The Client: The client is responsible for ensuring that the area to be cleaned is free of valuables or fragile items and for providing safe access to the Company. For post-remodeling or post-construction services: The client must inform the Company of any special conditions of the space, such as the presence of hazardous materials or substances, or areas that require special care or are difficult to access, before the start of service. For offices and commercial spaces: The client must notify the Company of any changes in the layout of the space or operating hours.

6. Confidentiality: The Company agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all personal and commercial information of the client.

7. Indemnification: The client will indemnify the Company for any claim, loss, damage, or expense that the latter suffers as a result of any breach of this contract by the client.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of the county of Brevard.

9. Modifications: This contract may be modified in writing and signed by both parties.

10. Entire Agreement: This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreement or understanding, whether oral or written.
